In these Terms & Conditions, "Platform" refers to the bet20 website and all services accessible through it; "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account; "Account" refers to the registered player profile and associated wallet; "Balance" refers to the sum of all real-money and bonus funds held in the Account; "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash; "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to activate full account functionality including withdrawals; "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all Platform transactions; "Wagering Requirement" refers to the multiple of a bonus amount that must be played through before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

To register and maintain a bet20 account, a player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number or email address.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

The bet20 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any form without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet20 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any technical failure, system downtime, or interruption of service resulting from circumstances beyond bet20's reasonable control, including network failures, server outages, or force majeure events; (c) any actions taken by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank; (d) losses incurred as a result of a player's own decision to gamble. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet20 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

Players may request the closure of their bet20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to identity verification. bet20 reserves the right to terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) bet20 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the account; (c) a player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account termination. In the event of termination for breach, bet20 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and bet20, the player should first contact bet20 customer support via the official live chat facility on the Platform and allow a reasonable period for the dispute to be investigated and resolved informally. bet20 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. bet20 does not accept dispute submissions via third-party intermediaries unless specifically directed to do so by a competent authority.
